ITINERARY:
Day-1 Khajuraho Arrival. Arrive at Khajuraho. Khajuraho is a heritage destination renowned for its temples, known for its erotic sculptures. The Khajuraho Group of Monuments has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The temples are grouped into 3 divisions viz. western, southern & eastern. Visit Western group of temples sucha s Kandariya Mahadev & Vishwanath temples. Also, enjoy Sound & light show in evening. O/n at hotel in Khajuraho.
Day-2 Khajurao Today, visit eastern & southern group of temples such as Dulhadeo & Charurbhuj temples.Also, visit Chausath(64) Yogini temple (only 4 Chausath yogini temples are present in India- known for their tantric powers). O/n at hotel in Khajuraho.
Day-3 Khajuraho- Bandahvgarh National Park Proceed to Bandhavgarh National Park (240 Km/5.5 hrs). The park offers rich diversity of flora and fauna and renowned for its Migratory Bird watching and Tigers population. Evening at leisure. O/n at hotel in Bandhavgarh (Tala Range).
Day-4 Morning and Evening Safari. Morning and Evening Jeep Safari in Bandhavgarh National Park. O/n at hotel in Bandhavgarh (Tala range).
Day-5 Bandhavgarh- Amarkantak Proceed to Amarkantak (190 kms/ 4 hrs). Amarkantak is a renowned pilgrimage for being the origin of Narmada River & Son river. Visit Narmada Udgam, Sonemuda, Mai Ki Bagiya, Trimukhi temple, Pataleshwar Mahadev and Machchendranath temples. O/n at hotel in Amarkantak.
Day-5 Bandhavgarh- Amarkantak Proceed to Amarkantak (190 kms/ 4 hrs). Amarkantak is a renowned pilgrimage for being the origin of Narmada River & Son river. Visit Narmada Udgam, Sonemuda, Mai Ki Bagiya, Trimukhi temple, Pataleshwar Mahadev and Machchendranath temples. O/n at hotel in Amarkantak.
Day-6 Amarkantak- Jabalpur Proceed to Jabalpur (250 km/5 hrs). VisitBhedaghat Marble rocks (25 km from Jabalpur).These marble rocks along the river form a George of 3 km in length & provide a spectacular view. Guests can also enjoy boating to experience the river & marble rocks in its full beauty. Also, visit Dhuandhar Waterfalls alongwith the temple on the hilltop (reachable via Cable car ride). O/n at hotel in Jabalpur.
Day-7 Departure Depart to Jabalpur airport/ railway station. Tour ends
